By purchasing a pack, using the site, or otherwise accessing the service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase a pack.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use the service.

By using the site or placing an order, you represent that you can enter into a binding agreement and that the information you provide is accurate.

Hourglass sells one-time structured packs built first for coaches, with direct buyers and other authorized buyers still supported where appropriate.

Depending on the pack selected, delivery can include an assessment, a program structure, nutrition guidance, a call used for alignment or cadrage, and written pack materials.

The exact pack contents, price, and delivery flow are described on the site before checkout.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Hourglass does not provide subscriptions, ongoing coaching retainers, medical treatment, therapy, diagnosis, telehealth, or emergency support.

All prices shown on the site are one-time purchase prices, with local currency pricing displayed when available. No recurring subscription is created unless the site explicitly says otherwise.

Payments are processed through Stripe's hosted checkout page. Hourglass does not directly store full payment card numbers entered there.

Hourglass may change pricing, pack contents, or availability at any time before purchase.

Some purchases may be made by a coach or another buyer on behalf of someone else.

If you place an order for a third party, you represent that you are authorized to do so, that you may provide the relevant contact details needed to complete the order, and that you will use the service only in connection with that specific order and person.

Hourglass may send the receipt, booking details where relevant, deliverables, and related communications to the email entered at checkout. The buyer is responsible for making sure the correct email is used.

After a successful purchase, the order email may receive the payment confirmation, booking link where needed, written pack materials, and support-related messages. Buyers are responsible for monitoring that inbox.

If a pack includes a booking step, it should be completed promptly using the instructions provided after purchase.

Unless otherwise stated on the site, the written pack materials are sent within 24 hours after the relevant delivery step is completed.

If the buyer enters the wrong email address at checkout, Hourglass is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by that error.

Rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible through the Calendly booking link or by contacting support.

If a participant misses a booked step without notice, arrives materially late, or repeatedly reschedules in a way that disrupts fulfillment, Hourglass may treat that step as delivered, shorten it to fit the remaining slot, require rebooking, or decline further scheduling flexibility.

You agree to provide accurate and current information, use an email address that can receive order and delivery communications, review the pack description before purchase, and complete the purchased flow responsibly.

You are responsible for decisions you make based on the service and for avoiding unlawful, abusive, misleading, or unauthorized use of the site or service.

Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy available on the site. By purchasing, you agree that refunds are limited and handled according to that policy.

Unless stated otherwise in writing, Hourglass grants the buyer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the written pack materials and related deliverables only for the specific order for which they were purchased.

Direct buyers may use the deliverables for their own personal use only.

If a coach purchases a pack for a specific person, the coach may use and share the deliverables only for that specific order and person. Deliverables may not be resold, republished, posted publicly, reused across unrelated orders, or exploited commercially without prior written permission.

Site copy, branding, pack descriptions, and support materials remain the property of Hourglass or its licensors.

You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, submit false or unauthorized information, purchase the service for fraudulent purposes, reverse engineer or scrape protected content, or abuse chargeback processes.

Hourglass provides non-clinical educational coaching support. The service is not a medical, therapeutic, or telehealth service and does not provide healthcare, medical advice, mental health advice, diagnosis, treatment, therapy, or emergency care.

Results vary based on individual circumstances, consistency, lifestyle, and factors outside Hourglass's control. No specific performance, health, or business outcome is promised or guaranteed.

If you need clinical or emergency guidance, seek advice from an appropriate licensed professional.

Hourglass may refuse, suspend, reschedule, or cancel access to the service where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, abusive behavior, misuse of the service, unauthorized third-party orders, technical or operational issues, safety concerns, or violations of these Terms.

Where Hourglass cancels a service before fulfillment for reasons not caused by the buyer, Hourglass may offer rescheduling, store credit, or a refund at its discretion.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hourglass is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunity, or expected results arising out of or related to the site or service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hourglass's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the service will not exceed the amount actually paid for the specific pack giving rise to that claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Hourglass may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site or service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
