Hourglass operates the site as the trading name of CMB Corporate LLC. Privacy requests can be sent to hello@hourglassfitness.app.

Depending on how the site is used, Hourglass may collect the order email, selected pack, payment confirmation details, booking-related information, support messages, and the minimum information needed to schedule and fulfill the purchased pack.

Standard technical information created through normal website use, such as browser, device, and usage information, may also be processed to operate, secure, and improve the site.

Information may be used to process purchases, send receipts and delivery instructions, send booking instructions where needed, deliver written pack materials, respond to support requests, detect misuse or technical issues, and meet legal, accounting, or payment-provider obligations.

Hourglass keeps its use of order information tied to fulfillment, support, site operations, and policy enforcement for the purchased pack.

Payment card entry happens on Stripe's hosted checkout page and is handled under Stripe's own terms and privacy practices.

Hourglass receives only the payment confirmation and order details reasonably needed to confirm payment and fulfill the purchased pack.

Hourglass may rely on third-party providers for payment processing, booking, email delivery, hosting, analytics, customer communications, and fulfillment support.

Information is shared with those providers only as reasonably necessary to operate the service.

If a coach or another buyer places an order on behalf of someone else, Hourglass may process the submitted contact details so the order can be completed and the booking and delivery communications can be sent.

The person placing that order is responsible for making sure they are authorized to provide the relevant information and to route those communications appropriately.

Do not submit medical records or sensitive health information through this site.

Please do not submit information that is unnecessary, excessive, unlawful to share, or inappropriate for a non-clinical coaching support service.

If you need clinical or emergency guidance, seek help from an appropriate licensed professional instead of relying on Hourglass.

Hourglass keeps information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purchased pack, keep transaction and support records, resolve disputes, enforce policies, and satisfy legal, accounting, tax, or operational obligations.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the reason it was collected.

Hourglass uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the service.

No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Depending on location, users may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or information about the personal data Hourglass holds. Requests can be sent to hello@hourglassfitness.app.

Hourglass may need to verify identity before acting on certain requests.

The service is intended for adults. Hourglass does not knowingly sell packs to children under 18.

If the site is accessed from outside the United States, information may be processed in more than one country depending on where Hourglass and its providers operate.
