Hourglass is the trading name used on this site by CMB Corporate LLC for the sale of one-time structured packs and related service communications.

Hourglass offers one-time structured packs built first for coaches, with direct buyers and other authorized buyers still supported where appropriate.

Depending on the pack selected, delivery can include an assessment, a sport-program structure, nutrition guidance, a call used for alignment or cadrage, and written pack materials.

Pack descriptions, local currency pricing when available, and the post-purchase flow are shown on the site before checkout.

Card payments are processed by Stripe on Stripe's hosted checkout page. Hourglass does not directly collect full card numbers on its own site.

After successful payment, the order email receives the payment confirmation and the delivery instructions relevant to the purchased pack.

Where a pack includes a booking step, Hourglass sends the booking details after purchase and then delivers the written pack materials after the relevant step is completed.

The Terms, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy provide the main rules that apply to purchases and use of the service.

Hourglass provides non-clinical educational coaching support.

The service is not a medical, therapeutic, or telehealth service and does not provide healthcare, diagnosis, treatment, therapy, or emergency service.
